Growing up in Wisconsin, I began dancing at the age of two, training ballet and tap. After discovering my enthusiasm for the sport, I branched out into a variety of dance genres and furthered my training. I developed proficiency in jazz, contemporary, modern, and two distinct techniques of ballet; Cecchetti & Russian. I performed in The Nutcracker ballet for six years in a variety of roles and attended annual competitions with my studio for 15 years. At the age of 12 I began assisting the studio director with her classes, which enhanced my passion for dance and inspired me to become a dance instructor in 2015. I now attend Florida Atlantic University and am studying Special Education. I continue to share my love for dance with students by teaching in the Florida area. Based on my experience performing and instructing dance, I am delighted to see the growth of my students inside and outside of the studio.
